One Wave Jin Shin Jyutsu® (pronounced “jin shin jit-su) offers an empowering approach to reclaiming your health and wellness.
Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner and Self-Care Instructor Donnette will teach you a few simple skills needed to keep your energy pathways balanced throughout your daily life during three 60-minute sessions.
Some people find benefit in returning for periodic “tune up” sessions. As life unfolds, inevitable changes and stressors occur that may lead you to seek out rebalancing sessions.
Donnette specializes in serving individuals living with acute and chronic illness, oncology patients, and individuals undergoing other intensive medical treatment. The light touch of Jin Shin Jyutsu® is inherently gentle and non-invasive, and well suited in any recovery environment.

Self Care sequences are simple, practical, and require no special equipment or clothing. It can be done at anytime, anywhere, and are focused on your individual needs.
